Cravath Publishes Winter 2026 Issue of Alumni Journal
Cravath represented the initial purchasers, led by UBS Investment Bank, Credit Suisse, Citigroup and Morgan Stanley, in connection with the US$550 million 144A/Reg. S high-yield senior subordinated debt offering of TransDigm, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of TransDigm Group, Inc., a leading global designer, producer and supplier of highly engineered aircraft components. The transaction closed on October 15, 2012.
The Cravath team included partner William J. Whelan III, practice area attorney Christine Strumpen-Darrie and associates Michael Saliba and Curtis R. Weber.

Six Flags is North America’s largest regional amusement‑resort operator with 26 amusement parks, 15 water parks and nine resort properties across 16 states in the U.S., Canada and Mexico. The transaction closed on January 14, 2026.
