TriMas’s Common Stock Offering

December 06, 2011

Cravath represented Goldman, Sachs & Co., as the underwriter in connection with TriMas Corporation’s US$39 million secondary offering of common stock. TriMas is a global manufacturer and distributor of products for commercial, industrial and consumer markets. The transaction closed on December 6, 2011.

The Cravath team included partner William J. Whelan III on corporate matters and partner Andrew W. Needham on tax matters.
