U.S. News & World Report-Best Lawyers Names Cravath Litigation: Mergers & Acquisitions Law Firm of the Year

On November 1, 2012, Cravath received the 2013 U.S. News & World Report-Best Lawyers “Law Firm of the Year” award in Litigation: Mergers & Acquisitions. Only one law firm is honored in each practice area category. Awards are given based on a combination of client survey results, feedback from peers who practice in the same area of law and an evaluation of a firm’s work during the past year.
The 2013 “Best Law Firms” feature was published in a special edition of the U.S. News & World Report magazine. Cravath received first-tier rankings in a total of 37 practice area categories:
