Cravath represented the underwriters, led by BofA Securities, Morgan Stanley and Wells Fargo Securities, in connection with the $750 million registered high‑yield senior secured notes offering of United Rentals (North America), Inc. United Rentals (North America) is a subsidiary of United Rentals, Inc., the largest equipment rental company in the world. The transaction closed on November 4, 2019.
