United Technologies’s $4.35 Billion Revolving Credit Facilities

Cravath represented JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. and HSBC Bank PLC, each as administrative agent, in connection with a $2.2 billion revolving credit facility and a $2.15 billion revolving credit facility, respectively. Both facilities were made available to United Technologies Corporation, a global leader in the building systems and aerospace industries. The transactions closed on August 5, 2016.
