Cravath’s London Office Moves to 100 Cheapside
Cravath represented JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. in connection with the arrangement of a $220 million amended and restated revolving credit facility made available to USG Corporation, to be used for general working capital and other general corporate purposes. USG Corporation is a leading manufacturer of building materials for the construction and remodeling industries. The transaction closed on May 1, 2017.
The Cravath team included partner George E. Zobitz, senior attorney Christopher J. Kelly and associate Jared B. Taylor on banking matters and associate Ashley May on tax matters.
