Vishay Intertechnology, Inc.’s Revolving Credit Facility

January 12, 2016

Cravath represented the agent and arranger, JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., in connection with the arrangement of a $640 million revolving credit facility made available to Vishay Intertechnology, Inc., a leading manufacturer of discrete semiconductors and passive electronic components. The transaction closed on December 10, 2015.

The Cravath team included partners B. Robbins Kiessling and Stephen M. Kessing and associates Shamil P. Kotecha, Jennifer Uren and Rami Totari on banking matters; associates Peter W. Rogers and Arvind Ravichandran on tax matters; and partner Matthew Morreale on environmental matters.
