WalMart’s $16.8 Billion of Credit Facilities

Cravath represented JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. and Citibank, N.A., as arrangers and administrative agents, in connection with approximately $16.8 billion of credit facilities made available to WalMart Stores, Inc. for general corporate purposes. The facilities included a $1.8 billion letter of credit facility under which both fronted and syndicated letters of credit are available, a $5 billion five‑year credit facility and a $10 billion 364‑day credit facility. The transactions closed on May 30, 2018.
