WebMD’s Convertible Debt Offering

Cravath represented the initial purchaser, Mizuho Securities, in connection with the US$360 million Rule 144A convertible debt offering of WebMD Health Corp., a leading provider of health information services to consumers, physicians and other healthcare professionals, employers and health plans through public and private online portals and health‑focused publications. The transaction closed on June 1, 2016.
