Wes Earnhardt Featured as 2016 Rising Star by New York Law Journal

On June 7, 2016, Cravath partner J. Wesley Earnhardt was featured as one of New York Law Journal’s “Rising Stars” of 2016. The annual feature recognizes New York’s most promising young lawyers, each of whom demonstrates “first‑rate legal skills, judgment, creativity and dedication to the profession.” The profile highlights Wes’s successful representation of ABC and ESPN, which culminated in the dismissal of a June 2015 putative class action suit brought by former NCAA athletes. The piece also highlights another dismissal, which Wes achieved on the very same day, in a securities case against the former CFO of the ADT Corporation.
