WestRock’s $1.2 Billion Senior Notes Offering

Cravath represented WestRock Company in connection with its $1.2 billion Rule 144A / Regulation S senior notes offering. WestRock Company is a leading paper and packaging design company. Proceeds of the offering will be used to finance WestRock’s pending acquisition of KapStone Paper and Packaging Corporation by a subsidiary of WestRock Company. The transaction closed on March 6, 2018.
