WestRock’s $1 Billion Registered Senior Notes Offering

Cravath represented WRKCo Inc. in connection with its $1 billion registered senior notes offering. WRKCo Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary of WestRock Company, a multinational provider of paper and packaging solutions for consumer and corrugated packaging materials. The transaction closed on May 20, 2019.
