WestRock’s $3.7 Billion Exchange Offer

Cravath represented WRKCo Inc. and WestRock Company in connection with their A/B exchange offer totaling up to $3.7 billion. WRKCo Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary of WestRock Company, a multinational provider of paper and packaging solutions for consumer and corrugated packaging materials. The offer expired on February 13, 2019.
