WestRock’s European Revolving Credit Facility

Cravath represented WestRock Company (“WestRock”) in connection with a €600 million revolving credit facility provided to certain European subsidiaries of WestRock by Coöperatieve Rabobank U.A., New York Branch, to be used to refinance existing indebtedness and for working capital and general corporate purposes. WestRock is a leading provider of paper and packaging solutions. The transaction closed on February 26, 2021.
