Will Fogg Speaks at Securities Offerings Conference

On March 15, 2013, Cravath partner William V. Fogg participated in “Securities Offerings 2013: A Public Offering: How It Is Done,” a conference presented by the Practising Law Institute and held in New York City.  Will spoke on three panels entitled “Preparing Your Registration Statement, Negotiating the Underwriting Agreement and Offering Mechanics,” “Due Diligence and the Offering Process” and “Hot Topics.”
