William Hill plc’s Private Placement of New Ordinary Shares

Cravath, together with Slaughter and May, represented William Hill plc in its £224 million private placement of new ordinary shares. William Hill plc is a leading global provider of sports betting and gaming services. The shares are expected to be listed on the London Stock Exchange. The transaction closed on June 19, 2020.
