Cravath represented the sales agent, Citigroup, in connection with an at‑the‑market offering of shares of common stock totaling up to US$25 million of Windstream Holdings, Inc., a leading provider of advanced network communications and technology solutions across the United States. The shares were listed on the NASDAQ Global Select Market. The transaction closed on March 2, 2017.
