WRKCo Inc.’s Registered Senior Notes Offering

Cravath represented WRKCo Inc. in connection with its $600 million registered senior notes offering. WRKCo Inc. is a wholly owned subsidiary of WestRock Company, a multinational provider of paper and packaging solutions for consumer and corrugated packaging materials. The transaction closed on June 3, 2020.
