Yonatan Even Speaks at GCR’s 7th Annual Conference

On November 9, 2015, Cravath partner Yonatan Even spoke at Global Competition Review’s 7th Annual Conference, “The Conference about the Bigger Picture,” held in Brussels, Belgium. Yonatan spoke on a panel entitled “Mergers — Are Industries Becoming too Consolidated?,” which focused on developments in regulatory agencies’ approaches to “mega mergers” and to risk allocation mechanisms associated with them.
