Yonatan Even Speaks on Antitrust Aspects of Joint Ventures

On June 18, 2013, Cravath partner Yonatan Even participated in the New York City Bar Association’s Antitrust and Trade Regulation Committee’s June meeting. Yonatan spoke on a panel entitled “Joint Ventures and Mergers,” in which he discussed the antitrust implications of joint ventures in the context of the recently completed combination between Grupo Modelo and Anheuser‑Busch InBev.
