Andy Pitts Speaks at Securities Law Conference

On October 25, 2010, Cravath partner Andrew J. Pitts spoke at “Understanding Securities Laws 2010,” a two-day conference presented by the Practising Law Institute and held in New York City. Andy spoke on a panel entitled “Reporting Under the Exchange Act,” which discussed Forms 8-K, 10-Q and 10-K, other reporting requirements and the duty to disclose under Regulation FD.
