CoStar Group, Inc.’s Primary Common Stock Offering

Cravath represented the underwriters in connection with the $750 million primary common stock offering of CoStar Group, Inc., a leading provider of online real estate marketplaces, information, and analytics in the United States and the United Kingdom. The shares were listed on the Nasdaq Global Select Market. The transaction closed on September 20, 2022.

The Cravath team included partners William V. Fogg and Michael E. Mariani and associate Gene Choi. Samantha Greenky also worked on this matter.
