Cravath’s New York Office Moves to Two Manhattan West
Cravath represented the underwriters in connection with the registered offering of $2.5 billion of senior notes of Credit Suisse AG, a wholly owned subsidiary of Credit Suisse Group, a global financial services company. The transaction closed on April 7, 2022.
The Cravath team included partners Nicholas A. Dorsey and Douglas Dolan and associate Rachael E. Joseph on capital markets matters, and partner Andrew T. Davis and associates Carlos Nicholas Obando and Christopher M. Winters on tax matters. Christopher G. Doherty also worked on capital markets matters.

Cravath represented the joint lead arrangers and joint bookrunners in connection with $1.3 billion of credit facilities made available to Cedar Fair, L.P., and certain of its subsidiaries, as part of the financing transactions undertaken in connection with the pending merger of Cedar Fair, L.P. and Six Flags Entertainment Corporation, two of the largest regional amusement park operators in the world. The facilities consisted of a $1.0 billion term loan facility and a $300 million revolving credit facility. The transaction closed on May 1, 2024.

The facilities consisted of a $10 billion bridge credit facility and a $4 billion term loan facility. The transactions closed on October 24, 2023 and November 7, 2023.
