Dave Kappos Moderates Panel at the International Trademark Association’s 2023 Annual Meeting

On May 17, 2023, Cravath partner David J. Kappos participated in the International Trademark Association’s 2023 Annual Meeting, which was held from May 16‑20, 2023 in Singapore. Dave moderated a panel entitled “Managing IP Assets in Today’s Regulated Global Environment,” which addressed how regulatory developments have made doing business in or with some areas of the world increasingly complex. The panel examined the most material recent sanction lists, decisions and regulations that companies must comply with at all stages of IP assets management, with a particular emphasis on the Russian and Chinese markets.

(“Mimosa”) to Radisys Corporation (“Radisys”), a wholly owned subsidiary of Jio Platforms Limited, which is a subsidiary of Reliance Industries Limited, on a debt free, cash free basis. Cravath is representing Airspan in connection with the transaction.

Blume is being acquired from funds managed by Apollo, EQT and other minority shareholders. Cravath is representing WiseTech Global in connection with the transaction.
