Dave Stuart Speaks on Corporate Ethics and Compliance

On April 15, 2013, Cravath senior attorney David M. Stuart participated in a panel discussion for a class at Quinnipiac University School of Law entitled “Corporate Ethics and Compliance.” Panelists discussed the complexities of cross‑border investigations, the role of boards of directors, privilege issues and self‑reporting to law enforcement and regulatory authorities. This is the third consecutive year that Dave has participated in this panel.
