Cravath represented DreamWorks Animation SKG, Inc. in connection with its US$300 million 144A/Reg. S high‑yield senior debt offering. DreamWorks Animation creates family entertainment, including animated feature films, television specials and series, live entertainment properties and related consumer products. The transaction closed on August 14, 2013.
