Jon Katz Participate in the IBA’s 2018 Corporate Governance Conference

Cravath partner Jonathan J. Katz participated in the International Bar Association’s 5th Annual Corporate Governance Conference, which was jointly presented by the IBA Capital Markets Forum and IBA Corporate and M&A Law Committee, and held December 6‑7, 2018, in Frankfurt, Germany. Jon spoke on a panel entitled “Corporate Governance Issues in Executive Compensation,” which discussed matters of concern to various stakeholders, recent developments and the current regulatory landscape.
