Philip Boeckman Speaks at Law Society’s Governing Law Seminar

On January 24, 2023, Cravath partner Philip J. Boeckman participated in a seminar hosted by The Law Society. Philip spoke on a panel which debated the risks and advantages involved in the choice of law governing an international transaction, including the accompanying choice of courts, on a comparative basis.
