Cravath represented the underwriters, led by Jefferies & Company, in connection with the registered offering of 11,730,000 shares of common stock of Sabra Health Care REIT, Inc., a real estate investment trust that owns and invests in real estate serving the healthcare industry. The shares were listed on the NASDAQ Global Select Market. The transaction closed on July 26, 2011.
