Cravath’s London Office Moves to 100 Cheapside
On June 3, 2009, Terex Corporation, a diversified global manufacturer of capital equipment, announced that it closed three securities offerings. Cravath represented the lead underwriters, Credit Suisse, Citi and UBS Investment Bank, in connection with concurrent offerings of $164.5 million of common stock, $172.5 million of convertible senior subordinated notes due 2015 and $300 million of senior notes due 2016.
