Cravath’s New York Office Moves to Two Manhattan West

Cravath of counsel Jeffrey A. Rosen has been reappointed as a Public Member of the Administrative Conference of the United States (“ACUS”), with a two-year term that began on July 1, 2023. ACUS is an independent federal agency within the executive branch that is dedicated to improving administrative law and federal regulatory processes. Prior to joining Cravath as a member of the Investigations and Regulatory Enforcement Practice based in the Firm’s Washington, D.C. office, Mr. Rosen previously served in the U.S. Department of Justice as Acting Attorney General and Deputy Attorney General, as well as Deputy Secretary and General Counsel at the U.S. Department of Transportation, and General Counsel and Senior Policy Advisor at the White House Office of Management and Budget. He previously served as an appointed Public Member of ACUS from 2013-2017 and 2021-2023.
