The Deal Recognizes Faiza Saeed and Ting Chen as Top Women in Dealmaking for 2020

On January 25, 2021, The Deal named Cravath partners Faiza J. Saeed and Ting S. Chen among the “2020 Top Women in Dealmaking.” The honorees, which are selected by their peers, are recognized for their roles as “exemplary women in the legal profession” with a focus on those whose practices cover advising the areas of M&A, private equity, restructuring and activist investing. The list was included in The Dealmaker Quarterly: “ESG: Beyond the Initials.”
