Cravath’s New York Office Moves to Two Manhattan West
Cravath represented the initial purchasers in connection with the $750 million 144A/Reg. S high-yield senior subordinated notes offering of TransDigm Inc., a leading global designer, producer and supplier of highly engineered aircraft components. The transaction closed on April 21, 2021.
The Cravath team included partner Sasha Rosenthal-Larrea and associates Nicholas J. Maida, Nicole M. Gould and William N. Hall on capital markets matters; partner Christopher K. Fargo and associate Andrew T. Davis on tax matters; senior attorney Annmarie M. Terraciano on environmental matters; and associate David Crampton on executive compensation and benefits matters.
