Cravath acted as international counsel in connection with the INR 21.6 billion 144A/Reg. S initial public offering of UTI Asset Management Company Limited. UTI Asset Management Company Limited is the second largest asset management company in India by total assets under management as of June 30, 2020. The shares were listed on the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and on BSE Limited. The transaction closed on October 8, 2020.
