Parker-Hannifin’s $2.375 Billion Registered Senior Notes Offering

Cravath represented Parker-Hannifin Corporation, a global leader in motion and control technologies, in connection with its $2.375 billion registered senior notes offering. Proceeds of the offering will be used to fund the proposed acquisition of Lord Corporation. The transaction closed on June 14, 2019.
