Cravath’s London Office Moves to 100 Cheapside
Derek K. Mong has a broad litigation practice, with a particular focus on complex commercial litigation and contractual disputes, mass tort litigation and antitrust litigation.
Mr. Mong received a B.A. cum laude from Duke University in 2012 and a J.D. magna cum laude from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law in 2018, where he was a John Henry Wigmore scholar. At Northwestern, he was elected to the Order of the Coif and was a notes editor of the Northwestern Law Review.
Mr. Mong was raised in Potomac, Maryland. He joined Cravath as a summer associate in 2017 and rejoined the legal staff as an associate in 2018. He left the Firm in 2021, and, following his time practicing at another law firm in New York, returned to Cravath in 2024.
