Kathryn-Ann Stamm advises and provides support to the Firm’s clients regarding the protection, growth and management of their intellectual property and technology assets, data security and general privacy matters.
Ms. Stamm has in‑depth knowledge and experience implementing these strategies in the context of corporate transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, spin‑offs and separations, licensing arrangements, partnerships, joint ventures and collaborations.
Handling both domestic and cross‑border transactions, Ms. Stamm provides public and private companies with advice tailored to their unique requirements. She also works extensively with startup, founder‑led and emerging growth companies on maximizing their intellectual property portfolio and preparing their IP, IT security and data management strategies for success in the next stage of their growth cycle.

Beauty to acquire rhode. The $1 billion deal is comprised of $800 million of consideration payable at closing in a combination of cash and stock, subject to customary adjustments, and an additional potential earnout consideration of $200 million based on the future growth of the brand over a three‑year timeframe.
