Lauren Rogan is Senior OGC Attorney – Conflicts in Cravath’s Office of the General Counsel.

Ms. Rogan was born in Scranton, Pennsylvania. She received a B.A. from Dickinson College in 2003 and a J.D. from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law in 2007. In 2021, she received a M.A. in Public Leadership from the University of San Francisco. Ms. Rogan joined Cravath in 2026. Prior to joining Cravath, she was a conflicts attorney for law firms in New York.
