Sarah M. Colombo is Cravath’s Associate General Counsel. She works in Cravath’s Office of the General Counsel on internal legal, professional responsibility and risk management matters.
Ms. Colombo was born in New York, New York. She received an A.B. from Brown University in 2007 and a J.D. from Columbia Law School in 2012, where she was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and a James Kent Scholar. Ms. Colombo joined Cravath in 2012 and departed in 2015 to serve as a law clerk for the Hon. Vernon S. Broderick of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. She rejoined Cravath in 2016 and departed in 2018.
Prior to rejoining Cravath, Ms. Colombo worked on government accountability and voter protection matters. She also was a senior litigation counsel at a workspace company in New York.
Ms. Colombo is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern District of New York and the District of D.C. and the U.S. Circuit Courts for the Second and D.C. Circuits.
