On December 1, 2010, Cravath partner David R. Marriott, Presiding Partner Evan R. Chesler and Of Counsel Paul C. Saunders spoke at “Trial by Jury 2010,” a program presented by the Practising Law Institute and held in New York City. David chaired the program and, in addition to delivering the introduction and opening remarks, spoke on a panel entitled “Selecting the Best Possible Jury.” Evan and Paul spoke on a panel entitled “Conducting a Killer Cross-Examination.”
