Morgan Securities, in connection with the US$783 million initial public offering of common stock of Freescale Semiconductor Holdings I, Ltd. Freescale is a portfolio company of a consortium of private equity sponsors, including The Blackstone Group, The Carlyle Group, Permira Advisers and TPG Capital, and is a global leader in embedded processing solutions. The transaction closed on June 1, 2011.
