John moderated two panels, entitled “Capital Transactions in 2010: Considerations for Deal Lawyers” and “Being a Public Company in 2010: Governance, Disclosure and Shareholder Relations,” which included SEC Commissioner Elisse Walter and IASB board member Patricia McConnell.
