On February 17, 2012, Cravath partner John W. White spoke at the 30th Annual Federal Securities Institute, presented by The Business Law Section of the Florida Bar and Thomson Reuters. John moderated a panel entitled “Regulatory Reform -- Dodd-Frank One Year Later,” which discussed disclosure and financial reporting developments, executive compensation, public capital raising techniques and accounting and auditing matters.
