On July 14, 2010, Mylan Inc. announced plans to acquire Bioniche Pharma Holdings Limited, a privately held, global injectable pharmaceutical company, for $550 million in cash. Cravath represented Mylan Inc. in this transaction. The transaction is expected to close within 60 days, subject to regulatory approvals and other customary closing conditions.
