On May 10 and 11, 2010, Cravath partner Paul C. Saunders will speak at the 2010 Civil Litigation Conference, sponsored by the Judicial Conference Advisory Committee on Civil Rules at Duke University School of Law. Paul will speak on a panel entitled “The Empirical Research,” in which data from the American College of Trial Lawyers (ACTL) and the Institute for the Advancement of the American Legal System (IAALS) will be discussed.
