On July 10, 2010, Cravath partner Paul C. Saunders spoke at the 2010 Pound Civil Justice Institute’s Forum for State Appellate Judges, held in Vancouver, British Columbia. Paul spoke on a topic entitled “Back to the Future: Pleading in the Age of Dickens,” in which the Supreme Court decisions in Twombly and Iqbal were discussed.
