Four Decades for Justice
On August 12, 2013, Unilever announced that it has signed an agreement for the sale of its Wish‑Bone and Western dressings brands to Pinnacle Foods Inc. for a total cash consideration of approximately US$580 million, subject to regulatory approval. Cravath represented Unilever in connection with this transaction, which is expected to close later in the third quarter, or early in the fourth quarter, of 2013.

On May 30, 2022, Unilever, one of the world’s leading suppliers of Beauty & Personal Care, Home Care, and Foods & Refreshment products, announced that it has signed an agreement to acquire a majority stake in Nutrafol, a leading provider of hair wellness products. Unilever currently holds a minority stake (13.2%) in Nutrafol through Unilever Ventures. Cravath is representing Unilever in connection with the transaction.
