Andrew W. Needham is a partner in the Firm’s Tax Department. Andrew’s practice focuses on advising clients on the tax aspects of private equity funds, mergers and acquisitions and spin-offs and general tax planning for the preservation of net operating losses and other tax attributes.
Andrew was born in Albany, New York. He joined Cravath as a Tax Partner in 2005.
