Each recruiting season, we aim to hire a summer class comprised of exceptional second-year law students from schools across the United States and Canada. Although the majority of our incoming associates are former summer associates, we also welcome applications from outstanding third-year law students who were not summer associates at the Firm. To complement our law school hiring efforts, we also consider applications from judicial clerks on a year-round basis. Approximately 39% of our litigators have clerked at some point in their careers. We highly value the experience gained during a clerkship, and offer a competitive package for those who have clerked.
