Expedia Group’s $2.75 Billion High‑Yield Senior Notes Offering

May 27, 2020

Cravath represented the initial purchasers, led by J.P. Morgan Securities, BofA Securities, Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC, BNP PARIBAS, HSBC and Mizuho Securities, in connection with the $2.75 billion 144A/Reg. S high‑yield senior notes offering of Expedia Group, Inc., an online travel company. The transaction closed on May 5, 2020.

The Cravath team included partner Stephen L. Burns and associates Sarah K. Johnson, Melanie R. Cook, Tianyang (Daniel) Lin and Kathryn Kennedy Bleday on securities matters, and associate Cecily Xi on tax matters. Former foreign associate attorney Ocka A. Stumm also worked on tax matters.
